Mount Vernon Middle School 

Academic:

By May 2023, Mount Vernon Middle School students will increase growth scores in reading and math by five points as measured by the Iowa State Assessment of Student Performance.

Behavioral:

By May 2023, the number of chronically absent students will decrease by 10%.

Cultural:

By May 2023, One Hundred percent of the middle school teachers will be trained in and ready to implement  the Leader in Me program for the 2023-2024 school year.
